Refund policy

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days

At Gyan Traders, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is damaged upon delivery. In case of a damaged product, we offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong product was sent, contact us immediately at gyantraderss@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Replacement Process

  • If your replacement is approved, we will deliver a new product to you at no additional cost.
  • Replacements are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer a similar item.
